Motor Doc Pro offers mobile DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) cleaning services for personal and commercial vehicles. All services are subject to availability and service area coverage.

3. Bookings and Quotes
All bookings are subject to confirmation via phone or email. Quotes provided are based on the information submitted by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle condition differs upon inspection. We reserve the right to decline service if we determine the vehicle is unsafe to work on or outside our service scope.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.We accept standard payment methods including cash, bank transfer, or card (subject to availability).
Any late payments may result in service refusal for future bookings.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to bookings.If we arrive at your location and you are unavailable or cancel on arrival, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
Motor Doc Pro is not liable for: Any indirect or consequential losses. Damage to a vehicle arising from undisclosed mechanical faults or issues unrelated to DPF cleaning. Service delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. weather, traffic). All work is carried out with due care, and we make every effort to deliver the best possible results.
